Gangs have always been an example of groups that have emerged because of the social inequality and delinquency , most people has the knowledge that Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries in this aspect , but in the case of Thai youth, it can be said hat they represent clearly an appropriation of another subculture , but it is notable that they do so as a way of valuing the thoughts and ideals of other subculture without actually committing violent acts which i think personally that good and at the same time interesting , nowadays  we are in the 21st century which refers to a free expression era in which society must show respect for human life and the rights of other not mattering the differences or preferences.

  1. I don't agree with you. For me, it is unjustified a culture appropriation based in the adoption of stylistic elements that has emerged from the violent situations of the mexican culture. In some sense, what you are saying is that if a sub-culture adopt the nazi symbol, but they are not violent, we must accept them. I think that those stylistic element that come from a violent environment must be destroyed, because they are symbol of the bad or evil side of the human being. I respect your opinion, but I don´t share it.
